Corey Neistadt Elected to fill Pendleton Foundation Trust Board Seat

Pendleton Foundation Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Corey Neistadt to its Board of Directors. Neistadt takes over the term of long-time board member Lonnie Read, who recently relocated to Walla Walla after years of dedicated service to the Trust and the Pendleton community.

A partner at Neistadt Accounting Services, LLC, Corey has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2000 and brings a strong background in financial stewardship to the board. Since returning to his hometown of Pendleton in 2002, Corey has demonstrated a deep commitment to the community through his extensive volunteer service.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Corey played a key leadership role in forming the Let’er Buck Cares committee, a collaborative initiative designed to support local nonprofits in the wake of the 2020 cancellation of the Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon events. His involvement in youth sports coaching and participation on local nonprofit boards further reflects his dedication to making a positive impact in Pendleton.

“Corey’s strong financial expertise and longstanding community involvement make him a valuable addition to our board,” said Marie Hall, Board Chair of Pendleton Foundation Trust. “We are thrilled to welcome him as we continue our mission of investing in Pendleton’s future.”

Corey and his wife Andrea, Assistant Superintendent at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution,  raised their two children, Lainey and Jacob, in Pendleton. The Neistadt family’s deep ties to the community underscore Corey’s passion for service and belief in giving back.
